4. EYES (flaunt or fix)

- Use topical creams with yeast or cucumber extracts
- Avoid salty foods and drink plenty of water
- Avoid alcohol intake, just don’t drink!
- Sleep for 7-8 hours
- Chill some cucumber or potato slices in the fridge and then pop them over your eyes for 10 minutes or so to reduce redness and swelling
- Use an aloe-based eye-soothing gel or cream
- Don’t rub your eyes
- Apply chilled teabags for 10-15 minutes

thats a lot, i don't have time for all of that. I had mine removed. The Eye Guy was a big help
I sometimes have the puffy eyes in the morning and I can't help but rubbing them! But these are really nice tips and I'm glad you posted them. Great post.

I think there's a surgery for genetic puffy eyes~ the surgeons remove extra fat under eyelids or something... XD
Nothing ever seems to work for me and sigh~ yes; it's due to genetics. I WISH someone could just invent this amazing concealer which actually WORKS for me)):
