Erdem Moralioglu traveled all the way to France (court of Louis XVI and Claude Monet’s garden in Giverny) for inspiration and it was worth it! (I’m not saying going to France is a chore.) His Spring 2009 collection is breathtaking. Every piece was utterly delicate, soft and romantic. His first look, the tiered powder blue French lace dress is a perfect example.
The dresses were done in either washed-out watercolor printed silk, French lace or toile de Jouy fabrics and other dresses were showered with sparkling jewels.
Wow, I love the romantic colours, textures and silhouettes of this collection!

The lace dresses would look so pretty as prom dresses *__* My eyes has a problem with being fierce, it was very instant they told me to put my chin down, adjust my glasses, and took one shot of me. I think I blinked o___o
I'm Tessa, I just turned 20. I'm no longer a teen (yikes!). I’m so excited with the future. I will graduate from college in a year and I'm planning on going to a year long travel in Europe in two years. Hopefully it will happen☺.

great pick. i am very particular about lace. if not done right, a gal can potentially look matronly.
The watercolor-swirled fabrics are so lovely!
More lace is fine with me!
lace will ALWAYS be classy and simply wonderful.
